His primary role is to develop and implement training programmes for the unemployed aged 19+yrs to enable them to move into employment opportunities. In order to achieve this Kingsley has established partnerships with key stakeholders such as local JCP managers and other providers working within the welfare to work industry.
As part of the delivery programmes Portland training are engaging with local and national employers on the AEB contract to provide guaranteed interview opportunities at the end of our intervention. The employer engagement team are responsible for developing the employer networks across a range of sectors including Construction and Health and Social care.
