Last Friday our team gathered for a full-day meeting at the Advanced Manufacturing park Technology Centre in Sheffield. The day entailed our team going over what’s gone well so far, and what areas we needed to improve in order to become the BEST we can possibly be for our learners and as a company in general.
We also had the pleasure of hosting Trevor Gordon, an incredible speaker who spent the day helping our team gain a deeper understanding around topics such as Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, British Values and Prevent Duty. Trevor’s engaging activities and talks, combined with cracking our team up made the day really interesting and enjoyable. Therefore, we’d like to say a huge thanks for guiding us through these important topics to help us gain an in-depth understanding to teach our learners going forward.
Overall, this day was a great experience to bring our team together to discuss how we can continue to improve throughout the year!
