Why do we use IAG?
There are many reasons why we use IAG in our work with learners. IAG helps us to get a clear understanding of our learners’ goals and objectives. By asking questions and probing deeper, IAG allows us to really understand what it is that our learners want to achieve. IAG also provides a framework for structuring our impartial advice and recommendations. This ensures that we always keep our learner’s goals at the forefront of our minds and that we provide them with coherent and actionable advice. This helps us to build trust with our learners. Our learners know that we have their best interests at heart and that our advice is impartial so we’re not just trying to sell them something.
