CSCS Gold Supervisors Card
A CSCS gold supervisor card is a construction industry qualification that demonstrates that the holder has the skills and knowledge to safely supervise construction work. The card is valid for five years and can be renewed by taking an online refresher course.
To obtain a gold supervisor CSCS card, candidates must first pass the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) health, safety and environment test. They must then have at least two years of relevant construction experience and hold a relevant construction qualification at NVQ level 3 or above. Candidates must also provide proof of their membership of a professional body such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Once all of the necessary requirements have been met, candidates can apply for their gold supervisor CSCS card online.
Who can apply for a gold supervisor CSCS card?
If you’re a working supervisor in the construction industry, you can apply for a gold supervisor CSCS card. This card allows you to work on construction sites in the UK. To apply for a gold supervisors CSCS card, you’ll need to have a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and meet the following criteria:
– You must be employed as a supervisor in the construction industry.
– You must have a valid CSCS card.
– You must have completed the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Site Safety Plus Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).
– You must have completed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test within the last two years.
