How is the ITIL 4 Foundation course assessed?
Assessment is via a closed-book, multiple-choice exam consisting of 40 questions to be completed in 60 minutes. A minimum pass mark of 26/40 (65%) is required. Non-native English speakers may receive up to 25% extra time.
