This Friday we celebrated the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla with Portland’s Pre-Coronation Tea Party!
On Friday we had a fun-filled afternoon with plenty of delicious food and drink as well as a royal quiz! Each department came together to bring a different element to the celebrations and it resulted in a great event and a well-deserved break to celebrate the historic occasion.
This fantastic event was planned and brought together by our brilliant Events, Charity & Volunteering Champions.
At Portland Training we have champions that cover a variety of different areas, including Health and wellbeing, Equality, diversity and inclusion and Net-zero. These champion roles provide a great opportunity to be the B.E.S.T we can be at Portland Training- allowing us to benefit not only our staff but our learners and the wider community.
