Privacy & Data Protection

Employers will be responsible for informing their employees that they intend to share their personal data with your organisation or other training providers and can also make their employees aware of where to find the privacy notice

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform candidates of my intention to share their personal data with Portland Training Company Ltd for the purpose of the training and will make the relevant Privacy Policy available to them at their request

Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice, and full payment must be received before the course begins. Courses booked within 14 days of the start date require immediate payment, and places cannot be guaranteed until payment has cleared. Payment may be made by BACS or by card via our online payment link. Awarding-body materials and joining instructions will only be issued once full payment has been received. Portland Training reserves the right to refuse entry to the course where payment remains outstanding.

Portland Training may amend course dates, times, venues, trainers or delivery methods where necessary and may cancel a course without financial penalty. In the event of cancellation by Portland Training, your booking will be transferred to the next available course unless you request otherwise.

If you cancel or move your booking, the following charges apply:

• More than 28 days before the course: no fee
• 21–28 days: 25% of the course fee
• 14–20 days: 50% of the course fee
• 8–13 days: 75% of the course fee
• 0–7 days: 100% of the course fee

Portland Training may also charge a £50 administration fee for any cancellation or deferral. All cancellations or deferrals must be submitted in writing by email. Provisional bookings are not accepted, and all confirmed bookings are subject to these terms.

IMPORTANT

It is imperative that you check every detail of this booking form to ensure that all the details are accurate. The signing and returning of this form will be treated as confirmation of attendance on the above course. Any subsequent changes must be verified in writing by both parties.
