On Monday, our team got together for a full-day team meeting at Bramall Lane where we hosted brilliant thought-provoking talks to help drive us to ensure we continue to be the BEST
A major highlight to the day was the session led by our special guest, Tony Pitchford from BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT. Tony shared invaluable insights into the latest advancements in the digital sector, shedding light into the ever evolving landscape of technology and Artificial intelligence. His discussion on the skills gaps shaping the industry sparked meaningful conversations among our team, helping us reflect on how we can stay ahead in this fast paced digital world.
Beyond the insightful talks, we also made time for some competitive fun! Our very own version of the Beast Games put our team to the test. After some great games, the ultimate winner walked away with a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher!
We also took a moment to recognise and celebrate our incredible employees with a staff awards ceremony. It was fantastic to shine a spotlight on the outstanding contributions of our team and give them the well deserved credit they’ve earned.
