We had our quarterly full team meeting in Sheffield this week to celebrate the successes of our last academic year and look forward to an even better next year!
Our team meeting allowed us to come together across departments to discuss and develop how we are going provide the B.E.S.T experience possible for our staff and learners over the next year.
Our meeting featured interesting and engaging talks from our senior management team, quality manager and enrolment team, updating the whole company on all their work and preparing us for exciting new ventures in the next academic year.
The meeting also featured updates from our champions, individuals who had been diligently working behind the scenes in their respective sectors. Their enthusiastic reports on the progress and impact of their initiatives reinforced our commitment to making positive companywide change to benefits our learners, staff and the wider community.
Whilst being a fantastic opportunity for transparent company updates, our full team meetings also provide opportunities for staff to learn about wellbeing and CPD to further their own potential.
The full team meeting was followed by a fantastic afternoon of fun, food, drink and games at Roxy Ball Room as a reward for all the hard work over the last academic year!
